Production & Lead Time: 

 

All MIMIC Gym Hold orders are made-to-order through Aragon Elastomers and will be subject to their manufacturing times. This is typically 30-45 days for most orders and up to 60 days for larger orders.

Gym Orders and Discounts

 

Please email cole@mimicholds.com to receive a gym order form with discounts. If you would prefer to place your order on the website, let us know and we will provide you with a promo code.

International Orders & Non-continental US

 

We are able to ship outside of continental USA, however, expect significant shipping costs. Contact us to receive a quote for international or non-continental US shipping. We hope to have international distributors sometime in the future. Check back for updates!

Warranty & Returns: 

 

All holds produced through Aragon Elastomers have a 5-year warranty. This does not include damage from normal wear and tear.

 

If you received the wrong holds or the color was not correct, please let us know within 14 days and we will make sure this gets corrected. 

 

If you would like to return holds for a different reason, we will accept them but with a 20% restocking fee applied to your refund. 

 

Returns will only be accepted if the climbing holds have not been climbed on and are in new condition.

All hardware purchases are final. If you receive the wrong hardware, let us know and we will fix it.
